| The customer service is great. Satisfaction with the work is great. I am on a fixed income and sometimes can only afford the service I came in for. When other services are performed without a phone call, no matter how small, can totally through my budget off. I also realize that they are busy and making extra phone calls and getting no reply is wasting their time. This is literally THE only reason I did not give 5 stars. |
